  Scuderia Gianni: I saw a Smart car in Issaquah yesterday afternoon near Costco.  It had a temp tag on the rear window, so it was successfully registered in WA.  I wonder if it is one of the Zap deals...  It was so tiny, makes my MINI look like an SUV.  I've seen them in Europe and they don't look out of place there, but in the wide open suburbs of America, tiny...
