[Shopping Blog at ShoppingBlog.com * Shopping Trends and Hot Products *] The personalized stamp service from Stamps.com will be returning on May 17, 2005. The service is a joint deal between Stamps.com and the U.S. Postal Service. People can upload images they have created using a digital camera, camera phone, graphics program or scanner on the PhotoStamps website and then manipulate the image by adding borders and using features like "Zoom" and "Flip".
