[Android Community] The custom firmware does not, though, include one of RC-33’s key features: the radio update.  This is left as a separate update, so as to avoid multiple flashes of the radio every time the v1.41 update is run.  While there’s no definite word from T-Mobile as to what exactly the RC-33 radio update addresses, it’s hoped that it will have a positive influence on battery life.
