[Hybrid Car Guide] Wolfsburg, Germany (AHN) - German auto manufacturer Volkswagen declares it plans to design an oil and electricity-driven hybrid car for the Chinese market. Volkswagen says in a statement it will commercially launch the car after three years, and confirms it has signed a letter of intent with Chinese partner Shanghai Volkswagen for joint development of the car.
