[Laptops - Laptopical.com.] Once released globally (June 2005 predicted) the Ferrari 4000 will come with 1GB of system memory, 100GB hard drive, 15.4 inch display, a DVD reader and burner, 4 USB 2.0 ports, S-Video out port, FireWire IEEE 1394 interface and a 5-in-1 memory card reader. The Acer Ferrari 4000 will also be wireless and and Bluetooth enabled.

The engine of Acer's latest high-end notebook is a Turion 64 processor from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) (Profile, Products, Articles) that runs both 32-bit and 64-bit programs, a Radeon X700 graphics processor from ATi Technology, a gigabyte of double data rate dynamic RAM, and a 100GB hard drive, Acer said.
