Safety Agency Investigates Ford Minivans and the Jeep Liberty ...
[Wheels] On the Jeeps, the agency has intensified an investigation it started last April after receiving nine complaints that rear lower control arms were rusting and failing. That included three complaints indicating that drivers lost control but did not crash.

Ford Sync Makes Live Operators Standard - KickingTires
[KickingTires] Now, when a Ford Sync owner tries to use Sync but is having trouble, say with finding directions to a restaurant, they can say “Operator.” When the operator comes online, they can assist by sending turn-by-turn directions, sending a text message with the restaurant’s name, address and phone number, or directly connecting the driver's phone to the restaurant’s number.

Chrysler overtakes Ford as Canada's No. 1 truckmaker
[Autoblog] Ford did take a bailout and in most categories, Chrysler builds way better products. Right now the Ram truck is voted highest customer satisfaction of pickup trucks on Edmunds, if Ford can't win their they really aren't going to win too many important face offs with the Auburn Hills team.
