[Metropolically-speaking] 1 day more, another day to destiny! Am riding on s...: Yes, I'm still reeling from that infamous incident on the Austrian circuit where they radioed Barrichello who was in first place to slow down and allow Schumie to overtake him. Even though the Federation has since disallowed such orders, subtle favouritism is still rife - from allowing Schumie the newer car earlier on in the championships, to better pitstop strategies, etc. I also don't like Ferrari because they use their political and monetary clout to muscle their way to better advantages and to block good logical F1 racing laws and changes.

[Austintheen.com] Formula 1 | Austin Theen: One of my fondest memories of watching F1 was seeing Ayrton Senna (arguably one of the best drivers who ever lived) going head-to-head with Alain Prost down the start/finish straight. Absolutely level, less than an inch between the cars, at speeds in the range of 220-240 mph. Neither driver willing to back off, until the last possible split-second, when they reached the corner at the far end.

[Mahmood.tv] Mahmood's Den :: Mahmood's Blog: My company landed an excellent contract to build, install and help operate equipment for the Bahrain International Circuit, the host of the F1 race in the Middle East. Although it was extremely tough going, very short notice, impossible odds, and quite a few screwups by a supplier who got far too greedy for their own good, we managed to scrape through by exerting even more effort, depending on local labour and talent and the goodwill of other suppliers to make it happen, and we did! I lost 15kgs in 5 weeks on that job!
