There’s no explanation for how the seller actually acquired the red shrapnel, I can only imagine someone slowing down after the Enzo crashed, picking up the fragment as their eyes turn to dollar signs, and speeding off. The seller also claims (in all CAPS THUS YELLING AT YOU) that the sale with benefit the Make A Wish Foundation, so bid with confidence, kids.

HC’s destruction of a barn in rural central Florida has led to the discovery of a cache of Ferraris thought to be owned by reclusive real estate developer and tax evader Walter Medlin. Known for his extensive F-car collection that was thought to have been dissolved, Medlin had two Ferraris, a P3 and a P4, worth $20 million, seized by the IRS in 1990 because he owed $540,000 in back taxes. Although no such incredibly valuable pieces were uncovered in the wrecked barn, there was still a lot of great prancers— Ferraris like the 330 GT 2+2, a 410 Superamerica, a 275 GTB and a Ferrari F1 car from the 60s.

Forza Rossa: Lot's of people dream of finding a very special, rare, good preserved car in a barn...but what if you do find one...special, rare, but absolutely not good preserved? At the picture you see a Ferrari 330 America (red, s/n 4973) and a Maserati 3500. Both, together with some other Italian cars, were in a barn in America. Found by Eric Nielsen (who also took the picture), but what do you do when you find it?
