I don’t think it has a price advantage over the Camry and Accord anymore.

http://carbuying.autoblog.com [Carbuying.autoblog.com] Hyundai Sonata dethrones Camry and Accord - Car Buying - carbuying ...: I think I smell a whimper of jealousey.The new Sonata knocks the bee-jesus out of the bland ,ughly ,Honda.Maybe because there are so many ughly Hondas on the road you think everyone else should have one,you are obviously a follower and not a leader,that is your fault,not ours.We have an open mind and when something good comes along we have no problem in seeing that and making changes accordingly.I have a Honda and am making the change not due to the fact we are cheap,but because we know a good vehicle when we drive one.I have a Honda,a Z71 fully loaded,Jeep Cherokee loaded and a s60 Volvo loaded and I will tell you ,for a mid sized car,all the options and the Audi styling, the 2006 Sonata fits right in with our stable of vehicles.Oh and the 2006 V6 Sonata is much,much more powerful than the 2005 model,and our new Sonata is replacing the ughly Honda in our stable.We like change and this will be a delightful change.One last thing,how many cars do you see on the road that don't look like something else,they all look similar to one another ,especially the mid range cars,the higher end even look like they copied someone else anymore and if you think Hyundai copied the Honda(other than maybe the back lights) your wrong,look at the Audi and there you will find the closest match and the Audi looks a hell of a lot better than the Accord,not even close.So stick with your Honda,we don't care.
